Saks OFF 5TH in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an Operations Lead to support sales and profit by overseeing back-of-house efficiency, Door to Floor, price changes and cashiering support. You will drive results through a high-performance team and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will lead store processes, train associates, manage opening/closing, and oversee store reporting while maintaining a customer-centric experience and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively using inventory management systems, and POS cash register.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekend, and holidays.
• Prior retail merchandising and supervisory experience.

You Will Be

The Operations Lead is responsible for supporting sales and profit; achieving all company objectives and inspiring a high-performance team. The Operations Lead drives results by overseeing the efficiency and productivity of the back of house functions including Door to Floor process, price changes, and cashiering support.
