Job summary

Saks OFF 5TH is seeking an Operations Lead to supervise back-of-house efficiency, price changes, and cashiering support. You’ll drive sales, staff training, and daily store operations while maintaining a high-performance team in a luxury off-price retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be responsible for store opening and closing functions and the daily operational functions of the store
• Overseeing the operational store reporting

YOU WILL BE:

The Operations Lead is responsible for supporting sales and profit; achieving all company objectives and inspiring a high-performance team. The Operations Lead drives results by overseeing the efficiency and productivity of the back of house functions including Door to Floor process, price changes, and cashiering support.
