Job summary

Green Circle Growers Inc. in Oberlin, OH is seeking an Operations Lead to manage production, packaging, and greenhouse activities. You will work with the Supervisor, Assistant Plant Manager, and Plant Manager to plan the production order flow, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Your role includes directing and rotating the workforce, training crew leaders, and driving lean processes to meet throughput goals and improve efficiency. This position is on-site at our Oberlin facility.
