SimonMed Imaging is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager in California to join a fast-growing outpatient radiology practice. This full-time role supports office operations, staffing, and patient workflow while collaborating with board-certified radiologists.

The position requires strong customer service and leadership skills, with typical duties including hiring and training staff, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services
• Develops procedures for office activities, such as filling, records maintenance, typing, word processing, faxing and mail distribution
• May assist in or conduct hiring and training of office staff
• May assist in or conduct performance evaluations for staff members
• Ensure adherence to all laws and regulations regarding employment, affirmative action, safety, drugs and medical waste disposal
• Supervises the employees and the work flow of the office
• Duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Typically requires 5 years of customer service experience and 3 years of management experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
