Job summary

Green Circle Growers, Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee production and greenhouse activities, working with the Supervisor, Assistant Plant Manager, and Plant Manager to plan work orders and optimize throughput and quality.

You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure quality by following SOPs, train crew leaders, and implement LEAN processes while prioritizing safety. You will input, retrieve and analyze data in NAV and coordinate performance discussions via Microsoft Teams to drive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in data input, retrieval and analysis using NAV and Microsoft Teams.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done in a safe manner.
• Strong developmental people skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the use of hour-by-hour boards.
• Communicate your solution to the Supervisor when production rates are not being met.
• All other duties as assigned.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Operations Lead oversees various areas of production and greenhouse activity. The Operations Lead works alongside the Supervisor, Assistant Plant Manager, and Plant Manager on planning the order that work orders get produced, as well as other areas of production, packaging, and greenhouse jobs.

JOB DUTIES:
