Job summary

In-House Health is seeking an Operations Lead to manage software implementations and drive customer KPIs across healthcare networks nationwide. You will deploy our AI-automated scheduling and management platform, train users, and collaborate with clinical and product teams to incorporate feedback and improve the platform.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in professional services (e.g., consulting, investment banking, startups).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Experience presenting material in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • As a plus, familiarity with hospital strategy, finance and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop roadmaps and lead implementations of In-House’s scheduling & management platform at hospitals.
  • Train users on the platform and guide them to effectively incorporate the platform into their regular work.
  • Track KPIs and present progress in written and oral communications for external audiences.
  • Collaborate with clinical and product teams to incorporate feedback and improve the platform.

About the role

As an Operations Lead at In-House Health, you will play a crucial role in deploying our innovative scheduling & management platform to healthcare networks and hospitals across the country.

About In-House Health

In-House is a rapidly growing AI-automated workforce management platform for healthcare providers. In-House has scaled rapidly to adoption by >100,000 care providers active weekly, delivering 12% gain in labor efficiency while making scheduling transparent, flexible and fair, beloved by nursing/operations executives and frontline staff alike. About you
  • You have 2-4 years of experience in professional services (e.g., consulting, investment banking, startups)
  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
  • You are comfortable doing analytics and presenting material in Excel and PowerPoint
  • As a “plus”, you may have familiar with hospital strategy, finance and operations
  • You are confident in written &verbal communications with external stakeholders and clients
