Lawn Squad, part of Authority Brands, is seeking a Lawn Service Technician to deliver lawn care, fertilization, weed and pest control, aeration and seeding for residential and commercial clients across Ohio.
You will work a Monday–Friday 8-hour shift with some Saturdays, earning $18–$20 per hour depending on experience and licensing, plus benefits and incentive programs. This role offers opportunities for professional advancement within the company.

Wages: $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience. Experience and ODA licensing will be compensated.
Lawn Squad provides lawncare, landscaping, and fertilizing along with pest and mosquito services throughout the greater Cleveland area. This involves customer communication, answering questions and customer concerns. Requires a neat, clean personal appearance and supporting a clean work vehicle and equipment.
The lawn technician collaborates with other staff members in the branch who can help resolve a customer’s concern.
The lawn service technician handles offering new services to both existing and potential clients, performing initial problem assessments, and suggesting suitable solutions. The lawn service technician may also enlist the help of anyone at the branch for help.
