Qualifications

• Citizenship: US citizen.
• Clearance: TS with SCI eligibility.
• Education: High School Diploma.
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 8 years in program and operations.
• Experience in technical writing and editing.
• Experience managing electronic document repositories.
• Ability to organize complex information and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with office productivity and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, format, proofread, and finalize requirements management documents supporting new software capabilities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as meeting agendas, read-aheads, decision papers, requirements artifacts, SOPs, and briefing materials.
• Incorporate Government comments and stakeholder inputs into deliverables.
• Maintain document production schedules and coordinate staffing, review, and release of deliverables.
• Attend meetings, develop agendas, and record accurate notes, decisions, and action items.
• Apply Cybrarian practices to organize and preserve knowledge resources.
• Serve as repository manager uploading, organizing, and maintaining access to approved documents.
• Maintain a library of software capability artifacts, reference materials, policies, and training materials.
