Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC is seeking an Operations Analyst to provide technical writing, cybrarian, and knowledge management support in support of USSTRATCOM. The role is full-time and located at Offutt AFB, NE.

Responsibilities include drafting and finalizing requirements documents, preparing meeting materials, and managing knowledge resources. Candidates should have a TS/SCI clearance and at least 8 years of relevant experience, with strong documentation and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with TS/SCI eligibility.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant program and operations experience.
• Strong technical writing and document management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, format, proofread, and finalize requirements management documents.
• Prepare and maintain agendas, read-aheads, decision papers, and status reports.
• Incorporate comments from Government and stakeholders into deliverables.
• Maintain document production schedules and coordinate staffing and release of deliverables.
• Attend meetings and develop agendas and read-ahead packages.
• Record accurate meeting notes, decisions, actions, risks, and follow up with stakeholders.
