Job summary

Location is Columbus, Ohio with about 40 hours per week and a start window in May. The program emphasizes development, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration across warehousing and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders to identify, analyze, and implement new or improved processes.
• Document and present solutions to site leadership to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Develop, optimize, measure, and maintain performance and productivity.
• Assist and collaborate with leaders in warehouse functions such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery.
• Observe and improve daily warehouse operations to increase productivity.
• Design workflows and data reporting to analyze KPIs and inform operational decisions.
