Job summary

Binance is seeking motivated university students or recent graduates to join the Binance DEX internship track within the Accelerator Program. You will support daily operations, monitor on-chain trading, and analyze market trends while learning from product and engineering teams.

This 3–6 month remote internship offers exposure to Web3/DeFi concepts, AI-assisted workflows, and a fast-paced, results-driven environment with opportunities for networking and professional growth.

Qualifications

Have hands-on prediction market / on-chain trading experience.
Familiar with AI applications to boost productivity.
Able to pick up new Web3 and DeFi concepts quickly.
Basic analytics skills (spreadsheets, dashboards).
Self-starter, organized, and detail-oriented.
Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
Available 5 days/week for 3–6 months; longer duration is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations of Binance DEX, including on-chain trading and liquidity monitoring.
Research and analyze prediction market platforms (e.g., Polymarket) and on-chain trading trends.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, etc.) to improve operational efficiency and data analysis.
Track trading metrics, user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support product launches.
