Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship designed for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will work on AI-driven internal tools that help developers move faster and own meaningful problems within Binance's engineering ecosystem.

Current students or recent graduates in Computer Science or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of LLMs and experience with tools like ChatGPT or Copilot.
• Familiarity with APIs and system integration.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin for coordination with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered tools like coding assistants, knowledge retrieval systems, and workflow automation.
• Develop LLM-powered applications for code generation, code understanding, and test automation.
• Work with engineering teams to identify pain points and ship AI-driven solutions.
• Experiment with Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents.
• Explore and adopt emerging AI technologies as they evolve.
