Performance Food Group is offering an Operations Intern role designed to give hands-on exposure across warehouse operations, maintenance, quality, planning, transportation engineering, and supply chain strategy, with a real project to improve processes and metrics. You will learn from leaders and gain broad exposure to senior management on meaningful work.

Eligible students from Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or related fields may apply.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Rising Senior pursuing a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and coursework in operations/science.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Gain exposure to warehouse operations, maintenance, quality, planning, transportation engineering, and supply chain strategy.
• Support quality and food safety activities, including risk assessments, audits, process improvement, and issue management.
• Assist with the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes.
• Learn how operating models work across Performance Foodservice, Vistar, and Core-Mark.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders.
