Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine North America Operations Undergraduate Summer Internship offers a 10-12 week immersive experience for high-performing undergraduates who want a career in healthcare. You will develop leadership, technical, and communication skills by tackling real business challenges with senior leaders and cross‑functional partners across multiple groups.

The program provides hands-on exposure to Strategic Customer Group, Scientific Affairs, Patient Engagement and Customer

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Full-time undergraduate student entering sophomore or junior year at start of internship.
• By start date, completion of at least two college semesters.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during internship.
• Ability to relocate to Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA.
• Passion for improving healthcare and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and influence and execute a plan.

Responsibilities
