Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited four-year college.
• Fields of study include Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Management, Business, Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader and Shift Leader in daily tasks and training activities.
• Assist production staff to ensure product quality and that customer requirements are met.
• Uphold company policies and procedures consistently.
• Rotate through multiple plant functions during training (Live Haul, Accounting, HR, Shipping, etc.).
