Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited four-year institution pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and within a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader and the Shift Leader with daily tasks, training, and developing subordinates to meet operating, safety, and quality requirements.
• Assist production staff to ensure product quality and integrity and meet customer requirements.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures; support a safe, efficient work environment.
• Rotate through multiple plant functions during training across areas such as Live Haul, Evisceration, Packing, and Shipping.
