CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is offering an Operations Intern position within the Dedicated Solutions division as part of the Summer Internship Program. This role provides practical exposure to CRST’s processes and transportation management practices while supporting asset utilization and cross-department collaboration.

You will work with multiple teams and gain real-world experience in business and management, building skills for a future career in logistics and operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a business-related 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Sophomore or junior-level student pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain or a similar field.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic and loyalty.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Has strong aspirations for future success in business or management.
• Self-starter with initiative and ownership.
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve effectively.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel.

CRST has an exciting opportunity for you to join our Early Talent Program within our summer internship program as an Operations Intern within our Dedicated Solutions division. CRST's Dedicated Solutions team strives to provide customers with the flexibility of a private fleet – focused on speed, efficiency and value – without the expense. The Operations Intern will gain practical experience with CRST’s processes and transportation management practices, while helping improve the use of company assets and equipment. You will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with different business entities to accomplish company objectives and goals.

Here is what we are looking for:

• Pursuing a business-related 4-year bachelor’s degree from accredited university
• Sophomore-Junior-level college student pursuing a degree within Business, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain or a similar field
• Minimum 2.5 or aboveGPA
• Exhibit a strong work ethic and loyalty
• Strong communicationand relationship-building skills

• Prior coursework, internship, or work experience preferred, but not required

Here is some other helpful information:

• Applicants must be enrolled in undergraduate courses at least the fall semester following the summer internship.
• Interns who successfully complete the Early Talent Program are considered for full-time positions within CRST upon graduation with additional benefits.
• These internships will be based at our offices in Cedar Rapids, IA
