• Develop a project charter to map objectives, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Cross-functional analysis to identify the problem, measure current state, and develop recommendations with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Present findings through forums including an intern-wide poster session and a final readout to executive management.
