Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to multiple areas of plant operations (milk receiving, cheese production, drying, packaging, shipping).
• Support projects focused on improving processes, productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Collect and analyze data to measure effectiveness of improvements.
• Partner with Operations employees and leaders to learn various roles and responsibilities within the plant.
• Present project outcomes, recommendations, and key learnings at the end of the internship.
