This **unpaid internship** provides future participants with a practical foundation in the process, systems, and stewardship principles that sustain a healthy church. Under the supervision of the operations team leaders, interns will spend 20 hours a week gaining hands-on experience in areas such as worship production, church finance, church administration, facilities management, communications, or information technology. In addition to departmental work and ministry team meetings, the cohort gathers weekly for Bible study, fellowship, and specialized training.
