Walmart Inc. is seeking a Manager for Operations Improvement to lead project initiatives across the store network and drive operational improvements. You will define project scope, guide teams, and oversee budgets while delivering essential reporting to stakeholders.

The role requires a background in facilities/engineering management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Kansas with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (3 years’ experience in facilities management OR 5 years’ experience in related area).
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple projects by defining scope and objectives and leading a team across stores.
• Assemble management plans; track changes; govern project plans; monitor budgets and costs.
• Deliver presentations, status reports, and other project documents to stakeholders; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
