Walmart is seeking a Manager for Operations Improvement to lead complex projects across our store network in Ohio. You will define project scope, build teams, and guide initiatives from concept to rollout, driving efficiency and process improvements.

You will assemble management plans, monitor budgets, govern project plans, and report progress to stakeholders. Strong skill in Microsoft Office and cross-functional collaboration are essential to success in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 3 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire

• Oversee multiple projects across stores and define scope and objectives
• Lead a project team and manage governance and plans
• Monitor budgets and costs, deliver status reports to stakeholders
