Qualifications

• 4+ years HRBP or HR Generalist experience supporting large hourly workforces.
• Strong experience with high-volume employee relations matters.
• Understanding of documentation and investigations under operational conditions.

Responsibilities

• Be the HR partner for Operations workforce, supporting multiple shifts.
• Handle employee relations matters including attendance and conflicts.
• Assist with onboarding and routine HR processes for hourly workforce.
