Operations Group Manager - Tempus Technologies

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to define and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals to drive growth. Act as a liaison between Operations and other departments to facilitate collaboration and support company-wide initiatives.
2. Internal Applications Optimization: Continuously improve internal platforms and tools by working closely with stakeholders. Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems to provide visibility into company initiatives.
3. Process Optimization: Analyze and improve current processes, evaluate new systems and procedures, and leverage Atlassian products to streamline workflows. Monitor key performance metrics to optimize operations.
4. Operational Oversight: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations professionals. Set team goals, drive continuous improvement, and evaluate performance using key metrics.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 10+ years in a senior leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of operational functions
• Proven ability to manage operational processes efficiently
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with data analysis and business management software (ERP, CRM)
• Proficiency with Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira, Trello)
