Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to define and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals to drive growth. Act as a liaison between Operations and other departments to facilitate collaboration and ensure operational goals support company initiatives.
2. Internal Applications Optimization: Drive continuous improvement of internal platforms and tools through stakeholder collaboration. Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems to provide visibility into company-wide initiatives.
3. Process Optimization: Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Evaluate and implement new systems and procedures. Leverage Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Trello) to streamline workflows. Monitor key performance metrics to optimize operations.
4. Operational Oversight: Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, set team goals, and ensure high performance. Drive process improvements, evaluate performance, and implement strategies for efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 10+ years in a senior leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of operational functions
• Proven ability to manage operational processes for maximum efficiency
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (ERP, CRM)
• Proficiency with Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira)

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a home location approved by PNC. Availability may vary by geographic location.
