The role emphasizes cGMP adherence, training, and coordinating filling, inspection, and packaging. Strong communication, problem solving, and computer literacy are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five years in a non-GMP environment or two years in GMP manufacturing.
• Preferred: aseptic technique training and clean room experience.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills; ability to document issues per cGMPs and SOPs.
• Proficient in basic math, and computer usage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of hourly production staff and provide coaching.
• Ensure on-time production with emphasis on safety, quality, and cGMP compliance.
• Coordinate Filling, Inspection and Packaging functions as assigned.
• Initiate investigations of process deviations and prepare reports.
• Provide phase-in training for new and existing employees.
• Maintain training records and track line performance.
