Whataburger of Mesquite, Inc. is seeking a General Manager/Operating Partner to lead a unit, develop a strong staff, achieve staffing, budget, marketing and sales goals, and maintain an outstanding customer experience.

The GM will participate in a skills development program, pursue certifications, manage recruiting, scheduling, payroll, and financial results while ensuring a clean, safe, and energy-efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Develops a strong staff to meet sales, production, service, and supervisory needs.
• Ensures recruiting, budgeting, marketing and sales goals are achieved.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and energy efficient operation during each shift.

Responsibilities

• Protects and promotes the Whataburger Brand at all times.
• Conducts meetings and trainings, and oversees LTO training sessions.
• Schedules and conducts staff development and performance reviews.
• Maintains end-of-day paperwork accuracy and unit inventories.
• Manages payroll processes and ensures accurate reporting.
• Communicates operating data to Area Manager and ensures staff compliance.
