Whataburger Of Mesquite, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to serve as an Operating Partner, responsible for developing a strong staff to meet the unit's sales, production, service and supervisory needs while ensuring recruiting, budgeting, marketing and sales goals are achieved.

The GM will participate in the skills development program, work toward certifications, and maintain a clean, safe and energy-efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Protects and promotes the Whataburger Brand at all times.
• Conducts and attends meetings as required.
• Schedules and conducts LTO training sessions.
• Attends GM meetings as necessary.
• Reports critical or unplanned situations to Area Manager.
• Communicates maintenance needs of revenue producing equipment immediately.
