Whataburger of Mesquite, Inc. is seeking a General Manager/Operating Partner to lead a unit, drive sales, production, service and supervision, and ensure staffing, recruitment, budgeting and marketing goals are met.

The role emphasizes developing a strong staff and achieving customer-ready operations daily. The GM will participate in the skills development program and achieve position-related certifications as part of career progression.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership to develop a high-performing staff.
• Experience recruiting, training and developing team members.
• Budgeting, scheduling and operational planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Protects and promotes the Whataburger Brand at all times.
• Schedules and conducts LTO training sessions and GM meetings.
• Provides clear direction and follows up to ensure actions are completed.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and energy efficient operation.
• Prepares reports for upper management and participates in growth initiatives.
• Manages payroll data and end-of-day paperwork accurately.
