Michels Corporation is seeking an Operations Financial Manager in Houston to lead financial oversight for the system transaction support center. You will deliver timely insights to leadership, document information, and educate business leaders on financial matters.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and drive performance across operations and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with preference to Finance or Accounting; 7+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in an ERP-driven financial management environment.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with financial reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in financial consolidation (desired).
• Construction industry experience (desired).
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
