Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and trend analysis to analyze expenditure patterns and support IT/Operations leadership.
• Reconcile monthly reports for federal, state, and capital funds; ensure audit-ready records.
• Prepare fiscal reports and assist with district audits; collaborate with budgeting team.
• Manage procurement lifecycle: quotes, contracts, requisitions, POs, and invoicing.
• Maintain financial databases and standardized reporting templates; drive process improvements.
• Provide responsive customer service; serve as a point of contact for inquiries.
