The Position

Join Elevate Semiconductors fast-paced and collaborative Operations and Financial Planning team! Were looking for a detail-oriented and analytical team player to support business consolidations and financial forecasting. In this highly visible role, youll work cross-functionally and provide critical insights to our executive team using tools like Excel and Power BI.

What Youll

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to drive data-informed decisions across Operations and Finance
• Support document control efforts, ensuring compliance and accuracy within our operational processes
• Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) by analyzing data, streamlining supply chain workflows, and maintaining configuration management within our MRP system (Tensoft)
• Lead or assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects to support strategic initiatives

Minimum

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience

Preferred

• Experience in the tech or semiconductor industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Power BI and Tensoft (a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under tight deadlines
• MBA is a plus
