Job summary

Ketjen Corporation is seeking an Operations Finance Analyst to provide financial analysis across manufacturing costs, productivity, and capital expenditures. You will partner with the Operations Finance Leader and site teams to deliver insights and improve manufacturing economics.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a solid finance foundation, and interest in operations finance. You’ll develop dashboards and reports to drive informed decisions and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large data sets.
• Ability to connect financial results to operational drivers and communicate insights.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and decision support to the Operations Finance Leader and operations teams.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, production variances, yields, productivity, and other operational performance drivers.
• Build financial models, scenarios, and business cases to evaluate opportunities, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
