Qualifications

• Degree in business, analytics, engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience communicating insights to varied audiences.
• Experience building relationships and influencing change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project, Turnaround, and other teams to understand needs and decisions.
• Translate questions and complex data into actionable insights and reports.
• Build trusted relationships to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop consistent metrics, reporting definitions, and dashboards for project data.
• Create dashboards/reports to make information easy to understand and act on.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt common data practices and analytics solutions.
• Facilitate cross-team alignment when priorities or data needs differ.
• Identify ways to simplify reporting and increase value from data.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams for scalable solutions.
• Experiment with new analytic approaches and tools to improve decision making.
