Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience focused on operations, inventory, cost accounting or manufacturing; supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variances.
• Prepare and present financial reports and operational KPIs to senior management.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for operations and monitor risks and opportunities.
• Develop and enforce internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor accounting personnel and liaise with finance, operations, supply chain, and distribution centers.
• Collaborate with IT to improve accounting systems and support ERP implementations.
