• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and financial performance across manufacturing sites and KPI metrics.
• Support monthly Plant Finance Reviews and consolidate performance reporting for management reviews.
• Conduct manufacturing cost roll analyses, identify cost drivers, trends, and variances.
