Job summary
Bakelite is seeking a Finance/Operations Analyst to join the Operations Finance team in Atlanta, GA. You will support planning, forecasting, and month-end close, collaborating with site leadership to drive results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, modeling).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
- Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, and overall financial performance.
- Provide insights for site management, S&OP, and global reporting.
- Support budgeting processes using key assumptions and business inputs.
- Validate productivity initiatives and capital investments (CAPEX).
- Ensure accuracy across P&L and balance sheet reporting.
