Job summary

Bakelite in Atlanta, GA is seeking a financial planning analyst to support forecasting, month-end close, and cost analysis, partnering with site leadership to drive results.

You will translate complex data into insights, drive budgeting, CAPEX validation, and ensure accurate P&L reporting while collaborating across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, modeling).
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
