Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• Zero to two years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or supply chain finance; internship experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close process for Operations cost centers, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze standard cost, inventory, freight, and manufacturing variance reports to identify trends and cost drivers.
• Assist in developing annual budgets and periodic forecasts for Operations spend.
• Track and report on capex and CIP activity, including spend vs budget and asset reviews.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality teams to track KPIs and cost-savings.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages with variance analysis against budget/forecast.
• Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts, including reconciliation.
• Assist with internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit requests related to inventory and cost accounting.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and drive efficiencies through automation.
