Job summary

Glanbia is seeking a Senior, Commercial Finance Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis for Nutrition/Premix, Bakery and Film & Glitter segments. You will partner with Commercial and Product Management to support pricing decisions and drive sales targets.

The role is based in a hybrid setting with options in Chicago, IL; Carlsbad, CA; or West Haven, CT. Expect up to 5% travel and close collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to improve financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and reporting, including gross margin and profit analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with cross-functional input.
• Partner with commercial teams on pricing analyses and product profitability.
• Ensure accuracy of month-end close and variance analyses.
• Assist with SAP and BI system reporting improvements.
