Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. seeks a proactive Financial Analyst – Operations Finance to support NAM manufacturing operations, focusing on product costing, inventory valuation, and ERP configuration. You will partner with Finance, Operations, and IT to enable standardized processes and provide insights for operational excellence.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in cost accounting within manufacturing, ERP experience (Dynamics 365), and strong Excel/Power BI skills; CPA or MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.
• CPA or MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standard cost structures for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Perform cost roll-ups aligned with BOMs, routings, and resources.
• Analyze manufacturing variances including labor and overhead.
• Evaluate financial impact of design changes and process improvements.
• Monitor ERP data integrity for inventory, orders, routings, cost centers.
• Support cost accounting system integration and improvements.
• Assist ERP upgrades and cost accounting configuration testing.
• Prepare cost, margin, inventory, and COGS analyses for leadership.
• Support budgeting and forecasting including standard costs.
• Aid pricing initiatives with margin analysis.
• Support SOX compliance and internal/external audits.
• Assist plant leadership on cross-functional improvement projects.
