Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in operations or manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical field.
• Strong experience working with ERP systems and sourcing large data sets.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Experience with variance analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to evaluate operational performance and measure the impact of cost-reduction and productivity initiatives.
• Conduct variance analysis on standard vs. actual costs and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
• Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and self-service tools to streamline access to key business metrics.
• Support monthly close and forecasting processes through improved reporting and data visualization.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Extract and analyze data from ERP systems to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to align on key metrics, initiatives, and performance tracking.
• Deliver clear, concise insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
