In Corporate Strategy, you will identify and analyze growth opportunities and work with business leaders to prioritize options and set the long-term strategy agenda. The team has frequent interactions with Humana’s CEO and regularly manages deliverables for Humana’s broader Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. Our team also undertakes internal consulting engagements across a wide range of topics.The Corporate Strategy Consultant role is modeled after those of top-tier management consultancies. Daily activities will include developing industry analyses, building high-level financial or other business models, conducting qualitative analyses and synthesizing findings to create executive-level deliverables and recommendations for Humana’s senior leaders. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$104,400 - $143,600 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
