Job summary

MIRATECH is seeking an Operations Field Installer to support the Operations team in installing controls and equipment at external job sites. You will augment production by packaging, loading, and completing units to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in manufacturing or installation, ability to follow work instructions, basic mechanical aptitude, and comfort working at customer sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing, installation, or production preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed processes.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Ability to work at external job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install controls and equipment according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Support packaging, loading, and preparation of completed units for shipment or installation.
• Assist in completing units/products to meet production schedules and on-time delivery requirements.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Identify and report defects, material shortages, or process issues to leadership.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to production output and materials used.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This role augments production efforts in packaging, loading, and completion of units to ensure on‑time delivery and quality standards are met.
