Discovery Mood & Anxiety is seeking an Operations Manager to lead facility management and milieu staff in Shawnee, KS. The role collaborates with clinical teams to ensure safe, therapeutic treatment spaces and adherence to licensing and Joint Commission standards.

The position is full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm with occasional evenings and weekends, offering a pay range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually and benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in mental health settings.
• At least 1 year of management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee milieu staff and ensure safe, therapeutic treatment spaces.
• Coordinate admissions, intake, and discharge processes.
• Manage staff schedules and timekeeping; cover shifts as needed.
• Lead treatment team meetings and document notes for staff review.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and Joint Commission standards.
• Train and hire milieu staff; coordinate with HR and exec team.
• Maintain facility and equipment; monitor budget (OpEx).
• Oversee infection control protocols and safety procedures.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation and community outings.
