Signode Industrial Group is seeking an Operations Expeditor to maintain the flow of materials, information, and work-in-progress. You will identify bottlenecks, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure orders and production schedules are completed on time to meet customer and business requirements.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain or production and familiarity with a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or production.
• Previous coordinator experience and familiarity with manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Monitor production schedules, order status, and workflow to ensure on-time completion.
• Identify bottlenecks and delays; take action to resolve constraints.
• Expedite materials, parts, and information across departments.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, logistics, and quality teams to maintain flow.
• Prioritize and adjust work orders based on urgency and operational needs.
• Communicate status updates, risks, and delays to key stakeholders.
• Track performance metrics such as on-time delivery and cycle time.
• Escalate critical issues impacting delivery or production timelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring delays.
• Participate and report out at our daily Gemba.
• Coordinate and execute supplier RMAs.
• Coordinate operations secondary processes with shipping and supply chain.
• Other duties as required.

Salary

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $25.50 - $32.10 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.

Summary

The Operations Expeditor is responsible for maintaining the flow of materials, information, and work-in-progress throughout the operation. This role identifies and resolves bottlenecks, coordinates cross-functional activities, and ensures orders and production schedules are completed on time to meet customer and business requirements.

Qualifications

Education
