Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, transportation, inventory, and service.
• Facilitate Lean, Kaizen, A3, value stream mapping and problem solving.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, KPIs, audits, training materials, and governance.
• Analyze processes to identify waste and drive sustainable improvements.
