Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Manager – Continuous Improvement to lead strategic initiatives across Manufacturing, Planning, Purchasing, Sourcing and Engineering. This role defines auditable processes, deploys new methodologies, and drives cost, quality and delivery improvements.

You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, partnering with enterprise-wide teams while ensuring safety and compliance. Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operational execution, supply chain, business administration or another relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience within manufacturing organizations in engineering and/or operational leadership roles.
• Experience across Electrical manufacturing, OEM/contract manufacturing, matrixed organizations or global manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Standardize processes to drive cost, quality and delivery improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and deploy DMAIC, 5S and Kaizen methodologies to improve operations.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and 20% internationally.
