Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking an Operations Excellence Engineer to lead the optimization of workflows and drive continuous improvement across projects. You will ensure compliance with CSIA Best Practices and regulatory requirements, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years supporting quality assurance, compliance, or continuous improvement in engineering or project-based environments.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence technical teams and stakeholders.
Experience in automation or regulated industries with knowledge of ISO 9001 and CSA.
Experience supporting automation and control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI).
DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Lead optimization of workflows and drive continuous improvement across projects and operations.
Ensure workflows meet E Tech Group and Business Unit quality policies, CSIA best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct internal audits to evaluate adherence to standards and support corrective actions.
Represent the Business Unit for customer and third-party audits and coordinate responses.
Collaborate with Sales, Application Engineering, and PMO to support risk assessments and quality planning.
Provide training on quality standards and LMS improvement.
