E Tech Group is seeking an Operations Excellence Engineer to lead workflow optimization and drive continuous improvement across automation and integration projects. This role ensures compliance with CSIA Best Practices and quality standards while delivering high‑quality outcomes for our diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in quality assurance, compliance, or continuous improvement in an engineering/project setting.
• Experience in automation or regulated industries with ISO 9001 and CSA knowledge.
• Experience supporting automation and control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI).

Responsibilities

• Ensure workflows meet quality policies, CSIA Best Practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal audits to evaluate adherence to standards and identify root causes.
• Maintain Business Unit quality processes for traceability and quality deliverables.
• Represent the Business Unit for customer and third‑party audits, including preparation and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement across projects.
